I am gobsmacked by Andile Tshona’s mischief (Scrap inequality laws to improve service delivery, September 16). The SALGA report he misquotes to rubbish affirmative action does not reveal shocking statistics about gross incompetence and illiteracy in local government. Tshona is gullible to regurgitate media inaccuracies even after SALGA, ad nauseum, corrected these falsehoods.
